Deliveries normally take between 2-5 working days if all items are in stock.
Orders that are not shipping in post or courier satchels are boxed in plain packaging.

All personal or private information that you provide to us will not be sold, traded or otherwise given to any third parties, and will only be used by Condom Country for the purpose of our own market research statistics and demographics research.

At Condom Country, we have taken all necessary effort and precautions to protect your privacy and secure your sensitive details.

If you are paying by credit card, we give you the option of using a Secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) form of entering your details, which works with the latest versions of Netscape, Mozilla, Galeon, Internet Explorer and Opera browsers.

SSL protects your credit card details from being intercepted as you send them over the Internet to us, and ensures that they are being sent to the right place.

Once the order has been entered, your details are encrypted with PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) using a Military grade 1024 bit key, and directly sent to our back end processing system. This means that only Condom Country can ever view the order details, even if they are stolen.

Our back end processing system is behind a packet filtering firewall protecting our local infrastructure from intrusion.

With that in mind, there is no "perfectly" secure solution, but feel we have reduced the risk to an acceptable level. It is more secure than making a normal telephone order, for example.

As always, you the Credit Card holder, have rights and consumer protections enforced by our many government agencies and credit institutions.
