Freight Cost (Domestic)

We currently have two method of shipment Regular and Express Parcel from Australia Post, the freight is calculated based upon the the weight of the goods. if you want to find out the shipping cost, please add the products you would like to purchase on the cart and use our estimated shipping calculator 

Discreet Packaging and Delivery

At Condom Country We will ship your products in discreet packaging via Australia Postal services. Orders that are not shipping in post or courier satchels are boxed in plain packaging.

However unless required by law products sent may have to be disclosed

All shipping will be shown as CC Solutions.

If you are from outside Australia and would still like to purchase our products, send us an email and we would try our best to send it to you. For international customers, delivery quotes are on an order by order basis, but the price of the products remains the same in AUD

Delivery time

Deliveries normally take between 2-5 working days if all items are in stock. 

Returns Policy

Any faulty or damaged stock received within 14 days will be replaced at no charge. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of Condom Country will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the initial charge. All other products ordered incorrectly by the customer, can be refunded if informed within 7 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage costs will be incurred by the customer.
